Today’s Sandler training session involved an awful lot of triangles. Attitude triangles, Behaviour triangles, the all important ‘You’ triangle and, with their powers combined, they formed the multi-pointed Success Triangle. Have you noticed that if you say the same word over and over again it begins to lose all meaning? Triangle sounds weird now.
I digress. Chocolate muffins were the side order to our triangle main course, as we discussed how attitude, behaviour and technique affect sales, as well as each other, and how our roles in life (and work) differ from our actual, personal identity as human beings.
